Brewing Guides:

Espresso: 18-20g for a double shot. Extraction time: 22-25s. Yield: 36-40ml.

Cold Brew: Coarse grind (1/3 rice grain). Ratio 1:10 or 1:12. Steep for 12-16 hours in the fridge.

Traditional Phin: Use 20g of coffee. Pre-wet for 1-2 mins. Add 50-60ml hot water and wait for the slow drip.
