Shipping Policy

This policy details the costs, handling, and expected transit times for your coffee order.

 

1.1. Order Processing Time

 

All SIU coffee beans are roasted to order to ensure maximum freshness. Orders are typically processed (roasted and packaged) within 1-2 business days following order confirmation.

 

1.2. Domestic Shipping (Vietnam)

 

  • Carriers: We partner with trusted domestic carriers.

  • Rates: Rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination, or a Flat Rate of [X] VND.

  • Estimated Transit Time: 2–5 business days after processing.

  • Free Shipping: Available for all domestic orders over [Y] VND.

 

1.3. International Shipping

 

  • Carriers: International orders are fulfilled via reliable couriers such as DHL, FedEx, or VNPost International.

  • Rates: Calculated strictly by Rate by Weight at checkout based on the destination zone.

  • Estimated Transit Time: 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs procedures.

  • Customs and Duties: The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. SIU is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs process.

 

1.4. Risk of Loss

 

The risk of loss and title for all products purchased passes to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.

Return & Exchange Policy

We stand by the quality of our fresh-roasted beans.

 

2.1. Perishable Goods Disclaimer

 

Due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference (e.g., taste profile, wrong grind size selected).

 

2.2. 30-Day Quality Guarantee

 

We offer a 30-Day Guarantee exclusively for issues concerning the quality, freshness, or condition of the coffee upon arrival (e.g., damaged packaging, stale/non-fresh beans).

  • Action: If your beans are affected, please contact us at info@siucorporation.com within 30 days of receipt, including your Order Number and a clear photo of the defect.

  • Resolution: We will promptly review your claim and offer either a full refund or a replacement bag, at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy

Since we roast all beans to order for maximum freshness, order cancellation is only possible within a short window.

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing the order by contacting us immediately at info@siucorporation.com with your Order Number. Once the beans enter the roasting process, we are unable to stop or cancel the shipment.
