Brewing Guide
Espresso:

Grind: Fine

Dose: Single Shot (8–10g) | Double Shot (18–20g)

Preparation: Use an OCD or tamper to level and press the coffee puck with moderate pressure. Ensure the puck sits approximately 1cm below the rim of the portafilter.

Extraction: Purge the grouphead for 3–5 seconds before inserting the portafilter. Extract for 22–25 seconds.

Yield: Single (16–20ml) | Double (36–40ml)
Cold Brew:

Dose: 100g of coffee

Grind: Coarse (approx. ⅓ the size of a rice grain)

Water: Add 1–1.2 Liters (Ratio 1:10 to 1:12)

Steeping: Brew in the refrigerator for 12–16 hours.

Finish: Filter out the grounds using a V60 paper filter or a specialized cold brew mesh. Pour over ice and enjoy.
