The Essence of Gia Lai Our Original Vietnamese Robusta Coffee is sourced from the fertile basalt red soil of Gia Lai, grown at an altitude of 800m. Every bean is hand-picked at 92-95% ripeness and processed using a fully automated roasting system to ensure consistent, export-quality flavor.

Brewing Guides:

  • Traditional Phin: Use 20g of medium-ground coffee. Bloom with 20ml of hot water (92-96°C) for 2 minutes, then add 60ml of water and wait for the slow drip.

  • Espresso: Use 8-10g for a single shot (18-20g for double). Extract for 22-25 seconds to achieve a perfect crema.
